Our Story

We pride ourselves on getting to know our clients as if they were family, because for us, family is where we began.

We have the Gran of owner Justin Harrison to thank for that. Anytime you walked into the home of “Irma with an I”, no matter the time of day or the activity going on, she would say that you were “Just In Time''. And so, a name was born. 
 

We know what you were thinking, but no, Justin’s last name is not Thyme and this business was not named in his honor.
 

Fast forward to 2018, when Justin left his corporate job to follow his passion of cooking and creating memorable events. Paired with the talented Chef John Vallese, who catered Justin’s own wedding, Just In Thyme opened its doors as both an event space and a catering business. 
 

And this wonderful journey began.
 

In the time since, we’ve expanded to two beautiful event spaces, have had the privilege of cooking for thousands, and have had the honor of hosting everything from baby showers to celebrations of life, and every life event in between.
